    Huge and large rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed. A traditional interior. Amazing location for our needs, short walk to the outdoor sports bar which started at 10am and finished 12 hours later as well as different restaurants within the resort.

    Thoroughly enjoyed large breakfast, well laid out and air-conditioned room.

    Booked a room with incredibly beautiful views, and the staff were really helpful and top-class people fROM THE HOTEL MANAGER ALL THE WAY TO THE GARDENERS...

    Staff is hospitable and dedicated!

    This is a hotel go-to for Hurghada! Clean and luxury place, has particularly nice views of the garden and heated pool. All in all they offer friendly service. It has free parking, swim-up bar👌❤

    Beautiful beach with amazing snorkeling.

    The key-card lock on our door kept malfunctioning. It was frustrating that every time we returned to our room, we had to wait for maintenance to fix it. The bathroom had a constant leak, soaking the floor after each shower. This negligence.

    The resort had everything we wanted, from fine pools to delicious dining options. We checked out the Indian restaurant and loved it! We also enjoyed various activities organized by the Aqua Center. Be sure to book some a la carte dining, and take advantage of the heated pools for winter stays.

    The check-in process was a bit rough since our room wasn't ready until 6 PM, but the staff handled it well with an alternative room and a late check-out.

    The resort's proximity to a shopping center made it easy to find essentials without traveling far. Ms. Asmaa from guest relations were really nice too ensure my family's needs were fully met. The pool view from our standard room was beautiful.

    The buffet options varied, but could use more diversity on certain nights.

    I loved the whole wheat bread rolls at breakfast! They were the perfect start to my day. And can we talk about the amazing dining options? The variety of restaurants and friendly service. Plus, the gym was super well-equipped!

    I was surprised by the plastic cups and plates for to-go food and drinks. It's awesome to grab food while lounging, but come on, people! We've got to step up our eco-game a bit.

    We seemed like royalty! Our Family Suite Garden View was more than spacious, complete with a luxurious bathroom and thoughtful attention to detail, like daily fruit treats and towel art. But the highlight? The nice pools and the fantastic food variety that tantalized our taste buds every single day!
